Susteen Technologies is Revolutionizing the Recycling Industry

Susteen Technologies offers solutions for the flexible recycling of organic residues. Our plants convert biomass solids into high-quality biochar, syngas and bio-crude oil. Sewage Sludge

The disposal of sewage sludge in agriculture creates many problems. We dispose of sewage sludge thermally and gain the necessary heat for drying. The important fertilizer phosphate is recovered here.

German start-up company Susteen Technologies announces its first commercial waste-to-resources project as part of Europe’s first dedicated production facility for Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Green gasoline from sewage sludge: Ground-breaking ceremony for Fraunhofer demonstration plant

The starting signal for the construction of a TCR plant for the production of biofuels from sewage sludge fell on Wednesday (7.11.2018) in Hohenburg in the district of Amberg-Sulzbach. Commissioning is planned for early 2020.

Flexjet - Project flexJET converts organic waste into sustainable aviation fuel

The innovative flexJET project diversifies the raw material basis for sustainable aviation fuel beyond vegetable oils and fats to biorheal oil, which can be obtained from a large number of organic wastes. The process provides better economics and improved overall sustainability by processing waste resources near the source and in a perimeter corresponding to waste availability. This is the first technology that uses green hydrogen from waste for refining to maximize greenhouse gas savings.
